New Slide on Buckle

We are so excited to announce our new slide on buckle! This buckle can slide onto any of our child belts for a more “traditional look”. The function is the same as always and the buckle is just for show! The buckle can slide off of the belt once your child outgrows it and then can slide onto a new belt. The buckle will be available on the site soon, but until then feel free to call to order one($2 each)!

Time Flies

It’s amazing how fast time goes by, feels like it was just summer and here comes Halloween! Watching the leaves change, pulling out cozy sweaters and cute boots, I love the change of seasons. Halloween costumes are consuming the conversations in our office as we figure out how to outfit our kids. While we don’t have any Halloween themed belts, I often wonder if people incorporate our belt styles into their Halloween costumes. Do you?? Perhaps with your rock star, princess, fire fighter, dinosaur, or handy fix-it guy? If so, we would love to see pictures on our Facebook page. Stay tuned this week for a Halloween Facebook Contest!

Fall Styles Have Arrived!!

Custom Belts For Schools!

We are so excited to be able to offer custom monogrammed belts for schools. Belts can be monogrammed with school logos or school names and are a great addition to school uniforms! School organizations can sell them at their school stores or can do a school fundraiser. Check out these belts that were ordered by schools in North Carolina and Louisiana. We also offer a discount for bulk ordering!

We had so much fun last week donating belts to a local Head Start called Cornerstone Center For Early Learning. We gave away almost 100 belts to excited preschoolers!! Cornerstone is a wonderful daycare and preschool serving those in the community and providing children with the education and self-worth necessary for success. Myself Belts’ purpose of promoting independence and thereby boosting self-esteem fits perfectly with the philosophy of Cornerstone. We were so excited to help the kids choose their favorite belts and then to fit them properly on them! Remember our program on our website that if you buy a book on our site, we will donate a belt to a Head Start child. Thank you to all of our customers for the role that you played in this exciting partnership!

Mom Merchant Program! Spread the word!

We are excited about our new Mom Merchant program and love hearing from enthusiastic customers who want to spread the word about Myself Belts! The program is simple and easy. It is just about telling friends, schools, stores, and neighbors about the benefits of Myself Belts. People can buy belts directly from the Mom Merchant and the Mom Merchant gets commission on sales. Easy! There is also a fundraising component- Mom Merchants can do fundraisers for their school and Myself Belts donates 20% to the cause. Spring Break

So, tomorrow is the last day of spring break and the family has survived a 2 week hiatus from normal life. Some days away, some days at home. We have all enjoyed the togetherness and organized chaos, but I think all are also looking forward to the structure that school provides. Our spring break came to an end this weekend with a crazy spring snow storm in St. Louis. Check out this snowman wearing his Myself Belt!!

We are excited about a new relationship that has started between Myself Belts and Kandoo. We were thrilled to be featured in their recent newsletter! Empowering children and helping with potty training are common goals that our companies share. Kandoo’s flushable wipes were a staple in my house when my kids when they were little. Myself Belts and Kandoo both help kids have an “I did it myself” moment!
